The Principal Secretary was among other heads of ministerial departments who signed their commitments today entailing targets they would need to achieve as part of ongoing efforts by the government to enhance accountability and service delivery within public institutions.
During the signing of the ministerial performance contract for FY 2024/2025 at State House Nairobi on November 19, President Ruto cautioned public servants against failing Kenyans on service delivery saying there will be no room for excuses or delayed failure in his administration.
He made it clear that he expected each Cabinet Secretary to take personal responsibility for achieving the targets outlined in their ministry’s contracts.
